Medication Cost
We offer both semaglutide and tirzepetide as weight management options for those with a BMI of 30 or greater or a BMI of 27 with other comorbities such as heart disease or high blood pressure. We also offer several options for payment.
Semaglutide:
In Office Injections $95 per injection pay as you go at your convenience no commitment.
At Home self injections starts at $450 per vial
- 3 month prepaid plan $1150 includes 6 free MICC injections
- 6 month prepaid plan $2250 includes 12 free MICC injections
Tirzepatide is only offered as at home self injections. Cost increases as dosage increases.

On your initial visit, we will conduct a thorough medical screening and biometrics assessment. This includes gathering a detailed health history, performing a body composition scan, and completing lab work. If you have had lab work done in the past six months, we can utilize those results. During the consultation, we will carry out a biometric screening to determine appropriate weight management strategies, along with tailored education on weight management, target heart rate, and caloric intake needs. If you require a pause in medication for more than 90 days, you must undergo another consultation before resuming injections.

STYKU is an innovative device that employs 3D body scanning technology to assess your body composition and physical metrics. It generates a digital 3D representation of your body and measures circumferences such as your waist, hips, chest, and arms. STYKU offers insights into muscle mass gains, overall body fat percentage, and muscle-to-fat ratios. This technology enables you to visually track changes in your body composition over time, assisting in optimizing your athletic and sports performance goals. Your initial body scan is included with your intake, and it is advisable to repeat the scan as needed throughout your weight loss journey.

We draw bloodwork that encompasses a basic metabolic panel, thyroid-stimulating hormone, and glucose testing. The lab samples are collected in our office and sent to Quest. Typically, results are available within 24 to 48 hours. We can accept outside lab work if it was done within the last six months. However, please be aware that the provider might ask for updated lab tests, which could lead to additional costs for the client. Rest assured, we will always discuss this beforehand to avoid any unexpected charges or fees.
After you receive your lab results and have gone over your initial intake, you will be informed whether you qualify for our weight management program. If granted approval, you can begin your weekly injections. You can choose to receive these injections either at our office or in the comfort of your home, based on the plan you select. Should you decide on in-office injections, weekly appointments will be required. If you do at home injections you will need to do, at a minimum, one weigh in a month.
Your follow up will be based on the medication/plan you and your provider determine is the best option for you. If you are self-administering injections at home, you will be scheduled for monthly clinic or telehealth visits. If you are doing weekly injections, you may or not be weighted at every appointment. Weigh Ins give us an avenue to adjust dosing, make additional recommendations and evaluate medication effectiveness and side effects.
